All Asbestos and Insulation Limited are a contracting company involved primarily in hazard abatement and the installation of insulation.
Our industries work load can fluctuate wildly at times with insulation peaks in the winter months. Add to these cleanups involving dangerous materials such as Asbestos due to fire or accidental exposure and our staffing needs like the workload fluctuate as well.
For the last ten years we have used Quin Workforce exclusively to solve our staffing shortage problems and almost without fail they have come to the party. Quins have over the years paired us with Personnel Consultants with whom we work. They go out of their way to understand our business and requirements and find the temporary personnel best suited to our requirements. We have had need of all manner of personnel over time including carpenters, Leading hands and general labourers. All have been successfully sourced sometimes with little or no notice.
Any problems involving personnel are always handled well and expediently.
Using Quins has also allowed us to source most of our current fulltime staff effectively trying before you buy.
