Quin Workforce Ltd (QWF) was established in Wellington, New Zealand in 1994 by Patrick Quin. Pat recognised that the market place needed assistance in the area of Temporary construction, logistics, manufacturing and engineering staffing solutions. In 2004 the business was purchased by Simon Hull and continues to explore new ways of providing quality staff in the Wellington area.
The business of Quin Workforce is managed under the watchful eye of Steve Costley and Mattie Blackburn and their team of 6 Full time consultants, 2 full time administrators whom between them have a lot of experience within many different sectors. Steve and Mattie are key drivers in the development of the “on-hire” industry in Wellington and remain focused and vocal on issues of business development, health and safety, staff training and service levels.
It is the product differentiation and identifying employment solutions, that has played a significant component in the success of Quin Workforce Ltd. The ability to deliver quality candidates in a limited time frame has lead to our company’s strong reputation in the market place. With a dedicated commitment to the local community we are able to recognise the needs of regional business and respond to the ever-changing dynamics of the global economic impact on our district. While we’re proudly recognised as Wellington’s leading industrial labour hire company, it is our intention to reposition ourselves in the coming financial year and become a company recognised as Wellington’s leading employment and training agency. We are currently recognised as Wellington’s largest industrial employment agency.
