Quin Work Force has experienced growth in Construction (commercial & residential) manufacturing, engineering and logistics. Quin Workforce are now in the position to offer full time apprenticeships within the construction, engineering, manufacturing, joinery glazing, painting/wallpaper hanging and logistics industries. This unique opportunity allows Hosts to focus on their core business whilst Quin Workforce act as a third party in the management of their apprentice.The apprentice is your’s and you train he /she the way you see fit to profit and grow your business. It is Quin Workforces desire that whilst employed through us any administration, management work required for a successful completion is developed.We can assist with recruitment, sign up to your chosen training provider and regular three monthly performance appraisals.
We are pleased to offer you the following services:
* Management of sign in procedure to Training provider.
*The management of all weekly wages to the apprentice.
* Payment of
*Three monthly performance appraisals.
*Any HR issues involved in the duration of the apprenticeship.
*A once yearly medical if required.
* Yearly Tool allowance, $600.00.
* Protective clothing allowance per year based on wear & tear, $200.00.
*Payment of all Competenz fees.
*Payment of Block Course fees.
* Payment of wages whilst on Block Course.
*Payment of night course fees
* First Aid course
* NZQA Hook On.
